All users should be on the new servers today as the old servers are no longer online.

Feb 19:  Closing Read

Signal weight closed modestly positive at +487, the Change +3.  Positive signal weight on Monday will turn the Primary back up and trigger another long signal.  The influence of the Secondary, which cannot turn down without several days of strongly negative signal weight, is keeping signal weight from going very strongly negative for very long.

Feb 19:  11:30

Signal weight weakly positive, the Change is zero.  There's virtually no way to get a slope change back up today unless signal weight rose to +2000 for several hours.

Feb 19:  10am  Slope Change Down Confirmed

We lost the feed for a few minutes but it's back up now.  If this affected you, please be sure both slaves are off before attempting to reconnect.  The slope change down signal has confirmed.

Feb 19:  Opening Read

Signal weight has opened at -912, the Change -84 and an early slope change down signal has issued although I was offline at the open so no email went out.  The slope change down will confirm at 10am if signal weight is less than +260.  As the Secondary is up and cannot turn down today or Monday, no short signal will issue as the trading model will be neutral.  Good day to take the day off and get a jump on the weekend.

Feb 18:  Closing Read

The exit long signal confirmed at 12pm and an early slope change back up was confirmed a half hour before the close.  The value of the Primary is +7033 and cannot really sustain much of an advance from this level unless signal weight exceeds +2000 and even then it will want to turn down with any moderation in signal weight.

Feb 18:  10am

Signal weight now +615, the Change -17 and TTXSlope=4.6 bars.  The up cycle on the Primary continues.  I'm about to leave for the balance of the day as I have appointments that will keep me away.

Feb 18:  Opening Read

Signal weight opened modestly negative but has already turned weakly positive.  The Change -57, Slope +70 and TTXSlope=1.1 bars at the current level of signal weight.  It's unlikely we'll get a short signal today as it will take negative signal weight of over -2000 to turn the Secondary down.

Feb 17:  Closing Read

The trading model achieved its profit target this morning at the open.  At the close, signal weight was +1000, the Change now -3.3 after falling all day bringing the Slope value to +127.  With the Primary at +7000 we can expect a slope change down tomorrow if signal weight opens negative.

Feb 16:  11am  Exit Short Signal confirmed, early enter long to be issued shortly

The exit has confirmed at 108.76 and an early enter long signal has also issued.  The enter long will confirm if signal weight is greater than +1000, else the following bar.

The new and improved trading model this year says we only take signal when the Secondary's >+-75.  While measured on a closing basis, we can chose to take the signal if we have reason to expect it to close at or near that level.  Also, +70 or even expecting it to close at +68 would be enough for me today.  Using your Stats window on the Secondary you can see that if signal weight moderates to only +1000 by the end of the day, the Secondary will be at +48.

I have a meeting that will last an hour or so (fire related insurance matters, ugh). I'll be back soon.  And I will also be gone part of the day on tomorrow and all day Thursday.
